Definition:

In these Terms of Use, User or You means anyone who has been issued a username from www.bdtender.info

1. These Terms of Use are effective upon submission of Registration Application.

2. The User's computer system must be in full working order and possess all the necessary hardware & application software to access the Internet, including but not limited to monitor, mouse, keyboard, RAM, permanent memory, CD & floppy drives, modem & phone connection.

3. In this E-Commerce service, Users all over the world may use the computer in the Universal Resource Locater(URL) www.bdtender.info & other URLs for Internet services including database searches.

4. The services at www.bdtender.info are provided for receiving information for business, education & research.

5. The User agrees to abide by all the rules, regulations & netiquette already existing or to be announced later by www.bdtender.info, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Authority(BRTA), Bangladesh Telegraph & Telephone Board(BTTB), or Internet Society, particularly the User is not allowed to use www.bdtender.info to break into or use any service or facility connected to Internet where he/she is not authorised, agrees not to use the Internet to violate privacy of any other person, whether or not there is any protection on any part of the system or not, not to use any foul or impolite language, or defamatory or obscene message in the public part if any, such as newsgroup, not to abuse or spam other users on Internet using www.bdtender.info services, & not to receive or send government secret, illegal information, or copyrighted information without permission.

6. In case of violation of Terms stated in para 3 above, the User agrees to accept all responsibilities & consequential liabilities, & www.bdtender.info will not share any responsibility in the matter.

7. In the www.bdtender.info services, the User is not allowed to let any other person use, lease or sell the usage of his/her account to any other person or organisation.

8. The User agrees to take all measures desirable & necessary to keep his/her Password confidential.

9. The User agrees to assume full responsibility & risk of using the E-Commerce & Internet services; the E-Commerce service is provided on an as is & available basis, and www.bdtender.info does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; www.bdtender.info makes no express or implied endorsement or warranty of fitness regarding any merchandise, information or service provided through www.bdtender.info or on the Internet generally.

10. Under no circumstances shall www.bdtender.info or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages that may result in any way from your reliance on or use of information, services or merchandise provided on or through the service, or from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, defects, deletion of files, delays in operation or transmission, failure of performance, or inability to use the access of the Internet or any part thereof.

11. www.bdtender.info is not liable for any damages caused by the quality of communication circuits, installation disks or other or software, or damage to messages or files, or damage caused by any other User, or for any costs or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the service.

12. The User is required to pay the Deposit & User Fees. The amount of Deposit Fee is Tk ( ) &.the User Fee is Tk 300(Three hundred only) per month, payable by Cash, Money Order, Pay Order or Demand Draft(for those outside Dhaka) to our office at:

In order to maintain continuity as an active User, the required User Fee must reach us latest by the 10th day of the month following the due date by Cash, Money Order, Pay Order or Demand Draft(for those outside Dhaka) to our office; at the end of office hours of the 10th day as indicated above, the User Registration will suffer suspension which is automatically programmed into the application software.

13. www.bdtender.info reserves the right to change the User Fee, discounts & Terms of Service without prior notice, & the changes may be retroactive vide order or announcement from www.bdtender.info, BRTA, BTTB or other government authority.

14 www.bdtender.info reserves the right to deny membership to any applicant without giving any explanation, and to suspend or cancel the membership & usage of the system to any User who violate or attempt to violate the rules, regulations & netiquette without giving any advance notice, and the termination does not release the User from from the obligation to pay all accrued charges.

15. Limitations on Use.

Only one individual may access bdtender.info at the same time using the same user name or password, unless we agree otherwise.

The content available through bdtender.info is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may display or print the content available through bdtender.info for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to sell, publish, distribute, retransmit or otherwise provide access to the content received through bdtender.info to anyone, including your fellow employees.

You agree not to create abstracts from, scrape or display headlines from our content for use on another Web site or service. You agree not to post any content from bdtender.info to newsgroups, mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without our written consent.

Also, we may refuse to grant you a user name that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark or other proprietary right law, or is vulgar or otherwise offensive.

16. bdtender.info assumes no responsibility for partner’s technical issues and does not offer any makegood or refund for these days.

17. bdtender.info is not responsible for non-delivery of newsletters due to acts of God (natural disasters, war, etc.) and does not offer any makegood or refund for these days.

18. bdtender.info is not responsible for non-delivery of newsletters due to issues on the subscriber end (invalid email address, mailbox full, network not available, Internet provider downtime, etc.)
